COVID-19 has impacted nearly everyone in the world, to varying degrees. While some have merely switched to working from home, others have experienced a drastically changed workplace, and others still have lost their jobs entirely. It’s an atmosphere of rapid change, and no one seems to know what the long-term fallout will be.

To help those in need of a vehicle to still be able to obtain one in spite of all this uncertainty, many automakers and dealerships are offering delayed payment options. Where can one find such options on new cars in the Chicago area?



We at Continental Honda are offering buyers the ability to delay payment on select vehicles for up to 90 days. Individuals may purchase a new 2019 or 2020 Honda vehicle and make no payments on it for the first three months. To qualify, one must have their credit approved for a contract with Honda Financial Service.

How are local dealerships adjusting in response to COVID-19?

We here at Continental Honda are implementing a variety of procedures to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for all in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. We are currently offering sales and service by appointment only, and have reduced our hours of operation. Sales is now operating from 9 am until 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 9 am until 5 pm on Saturday. The service department is operating from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday, and from 8 am until 2 pm on Saturday.

All Continental Motors dealerships are taking extra precautions and have implemented a high standard of cleanliness, with frequent thorough cleanings and sanitation.
